Fantastisk tårta till vår gender reveal, vackraste vi har sett! Vi beställde även smörgåstårtor och dom var det utan tvekan toppbetyg på av alla gäster! Vi kommer absolut beställa från er igen i framtiden.

Hade jag kunnat ge 0 stjärnor i betyg så hade jag gjort det. Tårtan beställd, bekräftad och väl på plats visar det sig att det inte finns någon tårta. Vi har handlat här tidigare men en leverantör som inte levererar det som utlovas kan man inte lita på och jag tänker inte lägga fler beställningar i framtiden. 0/5
Uppdatering efter att ha fått svaret från verksamhetsbedrivande personer: Ni påstår att jag beställde 2 dagar i förväg och att detta är för kort tid för er att göra tårtan. Beställningen gjordes en onsdag för hämtning lördag och när ni inte bekräftade inom 24 timmar blev ni uppringda. Väl i samtalet BEKRÄFTADE NI att tårtan kan hämtas och tidpunkten för hämtningen spikades för 11.00 på lördag. På plats bad ni om ursäkt. Att jag körde 5 mil för att hämta tårtan är irrelevant i saken, faktumet är att ni gjorde bort er fullständigt och i telefonsamtalet nämndes INGET om för kort tid för att få fram tårtan till lördagen. Som tidigare nämnt, oseriöst och opålitligt. Önskar lycka till, såväl till verksamheten som till beställarna. Mvh, en oerhört besviken f d kund.

The wedding cake we ordered from Sockerdrömmar tasted good, but we felt let down when it came to the decoration. At the initial meeting, we showed Cia a photo of what we wanted our wedding cake to look like. She said she could do it and drew a sketch for herself that we were happy with.

The day before our wedding she posts a photo of a cake on social media that has our wedding colors, but does not look like what we asked for. I contacted Cia right away. Her response was the florist could fix it, which is not the florist’s responsibility. She also blamed the florist for not giving her all the greenery needed to make the cake look the way we wanted, but had assured us at the initial meeting that she would ask the florist for what she needed.

We were disappointed with Cia’s attitude and response to us telling her she did not deliver what we asked for. She said that she thought the cake looked good the way it was, which we found rude and flippant because we were the paying customers. The cake cost several hundred dollars and we expected better service for that.

While we were happy with the cake’s taste we’re giving 2 stars for her bad attitude.
