I will start to say, maybe it's a good trädgårdsmästare, I don't know, he was recommended to me. I am not judging this here.

I asked the company to come for a "quote" on pruning a tree via email. Answer didn't mention any price/costs for a quote or car costs.

They came, told me the tree doesn't need pruning (fine), and said they won't work on it (fine). They left after 10min after some chit chat.

While discussing, the eventual need to get a certificate came up, I mentioned we **might** ask him for it when time comes to sell the house, nothing more.

I then get an email with a word doc with 3 sentences, no header, no footer, no signature, that apparently is that inspection doc I didn't ask for.

Then comes the invoice:
* car costs (fine, not announced anytime but it's ok)
* inspection costs (not announced either) & production of document

When I mentioned I never asked for such document (nor did he mention a price for it) in the first place and that it was a mistake on his part, that ended-up being a back & forth of emails. Even tho he agreed on the fact the doc was a misunderstanding on the exchange, he refuses to remove it from the invoice. I did mention I'd pay for car costs & whatever else, but the doc was something I never asked for. Yet hard "no" removing this from the invoice and he mentions he is "not doing that as a hobby".

If it's not a hobby:
- announce costs upfront
- when making a mistake, own it
